I just noticed liveaquaria bumped their frozen shipping rates to 29.99 from 19.99 recently.

I buy it from BRS, but due to the shipping price I order a ton, enough to last me close to year, maybe 30 to 40 packages of Hikari blister packs.

I have purchased it from Premium aquatics several times. Comes in a cooler with dry ice. Same from BRS

LA, keep an eye out for sales. They had a crazy sale everything shipped for one price. I got 25 packs of various stuff, and used one of their coupons too. Even with the shipping it came out cheaper per pack than any other places

LRS Reef Frenzy is by far the best food for fish. I won’t buy anything else. I don’t care how expensive it is. My fish are brighter in color and fatter. Win for me.

For all my "little guys" I feed pellets (Hikari S & Seaweed Extreme) for meat eaters and larger fish I feed frozen shrimp and littleneck clams from local grocery store. My nems get shrimp and clams once a week.
