I need some thin wall 1" pipe for building a copepod nauplii harvester. The regular schedule 40 tubing has too thick of a wall.

Try your local electrical wholesaler, I've picked up 15mm (5/8) from them before, not a common size but worked for what we needed it for on a job site.
Another idea, would soft nylon or PVC hose work? you can get bigger diameter tube than what is used for aquarium air pumps from some hardware stores.

It needs to be 1" to be compatible with schedule 40 PVC fittings.

Thin wall is common in irrigation pipe, IF it’s allowed to be used for that in your area. Try a nursery/irrigation supply place. If it’s not, then it may be hard to source.
