i watched First time reefers video and he uses a glue call axia 911 gold which bonds with the Marco rock to create a solid and complete join. unfortunately its very hard to get this product in the U.S. so I'm looking for any alternatives for an NSA Marco rock scape. id like something that's confirmed reef safe and mixes to be very strong.

Here is a product that my wife found on amazon and works great. Also, Gluemaster brand is a very popular glue thats has been used for this type of work. You can check out my Waterbox build Thread and see what we were able to do with this glue, and we are not finished yet.

+1 for Glue Masters - depending on your needs, they have three different viscosities. Also, I'm seeing quite a few builds that use the super glue + sand method.

I've been messing around with some custom aquascapes using Marco and TLF's rock. I'm using everyday superglue (with accelerator) to "tack" the rocks together and then using Marco 400 "cement" to make the joints permanent. Once it dries, it's very strong (I'd argue that it's as strong as the rock itself).

Do not buy accelerator or the Marco 400. Waste of money.

ANY CA style glue will work. Id get a two versions, thin, and medium. To bond, all you need is common household baking soda, then apply the glue - it cures like cement in seconds. I also made a slurry with the baking soda by adding some water to it to to make a paste. Either direction you go, make sure to be generous with both the glue, and binding product you choose, or you will learn the hard way when your structure collapses.

Using baking soda will also allow you to combine ANY and ALL rock types, not just the BRS Marco.

Lastly, be in a well ventilated room.

I made this using Marcorock Marcorock FLATS and STAX.

I used ICGel + accelerator and Marco rock mortar.

I wanted to be sure it would not move or crumble

@happyhourhero - that's an amazing scape! Do you have any photos during the build process - maybe in your build thread?
Here is the build thread and the one I made for the scape. Nothing too in depth tho.

As I said, it looks great! So very sorry to hear about your reduced lifespan, though
