As on my other post I mentioned that I ran a Magnet through my old sand for my build and there were metal particles in the sand. Did some researches and a couple member stated it’s pretty common that black sands are magnetic but it’s too small for me to see if they are particles from equipments or what not that will be potentially harmful to the corals.

so I might get new sands just to avoid any disaster. The last picture is the old sand which is the grain size I like but I can’t tell the different from petco site.

I will be keeping at least one goby.

Which one? I listed two to choose from

I would go with the first one for grain size. Won't blow around as much.

Sorry about that. I just saw the first one and assumed both where the same.
