With the PI prices staying high, and reef pi being able to run on normal machines, I was wondering what the best compromise machine is right now, have been waiting long enough I think

Want to run reef pi, telemetry, home assistant, I don't mind if there's capacity left over but not important

Priorities are cheap(ish) , low power consumption, no discernible lag when navigating menus

Any ideas?

any good mini pc with at least 8G ram, dual core celeron, and SSD (not emmc) should work, they are around 170-200$. 16G ram, 4 core machines will be super nice.. but those are 350+. I am using a amd sub 100$ system, its bit sloppy, but does the job.
