Deadlocked

Ive posted asking questions a few times about this. My white blenny i got last week was super active the first couple days. Since then it's been hiding and barely swimming around. Today i noticed it swimming around a bit more, but it looks like it's having trouble doing so. I took a video and maybe someone can tell me if it's normal behavior. It isn't the best video. The blenny makes it hard to get a good shot.
