Are these pods by any chance. Really started noticing them about a week ago , which was a week after I started up a refugium that I stocked with pods. I only see them after lights out. I have spirobid worms on the back glass, but these look larger and disappear when the lights are on.

In my experience, pods don't care about light, and move glacially. They just pop up places.
