Just saw this today. Maybe 1/2 inch in length. Seems to have two horns or antennae. Looks a lot like a caterpillar or slug.

Not the best pic (no offence) but by your description and the outline in the pic, nudibranch. Try to get a clear pic and someone may be able to tell you what it eats.

Nudibranchs usually resemble whatever they eat, so unless you have a coral in your tank that looks like that, the poor thing will starve.

Not a bad thing so much as a doomed thing. A bad thing would be something that eats your corals.

If you have any clove oil (which you should have on hand for emergency euthanasia of suffering fish), you should probably catch and euthanize it.
