I had someone ID this as white fuzz fungus, I trust him, but would like someone to confirm since I can find very little online about white fuzz fungus. What would the course of treatment here be for it? Here are two pictures.

Update: He clarified with me that he meant he thinks it is some time of fungus and that it is white and fuzzy. So white fuzz fungus is not what he is naming it. So with that said could anyone ID it exactly or confirm that it is some sort of fungus? Thanks!

I have the same stuff - only less of it.... but growing on the bottoms of all my rocks. I scrape it off with a brush but comes back as I'm not able to get it all and I'm too lazy to take my tank apart. I think its a fungus personally. Watching your thread to see what others might think yours is.
