Anyone know what this white fuzz is? We just got this guy a few days ago. I haven’t seen him eat yet, but he was jumping around at the food today. I took a photo to our lfs they don’t think it’s ich. I grabbed a bottle of pods while I was there, and he went after a few of those today. Not the best photos, he’s so tiny it’s the best I could get.

Looks like it could be lympho but these guys are aggressive/easy eaters and if it doesn’t start eating frozen. I would be very concerned.

Agree with Tamberav. Looks like lymphocytosis to me. It’s a viral infection. Somewhat large white nodules, often on fins. Bigger than ich lesions in appearance. I I have seen it in my new fish sometimes and usually just wait it out. Clears in a week or two.
