White injury on blue tang + dots.. ich, or something else?

Just recently, one of my blue hippo tangs has seemed to get some sort of injury on his back. I think it may be ich, because of the white dots near his front, but the back injury seems to be something completely different, like someone was fighting him. I think it might be a combination of ich and something else, but I am not sure what it is. Can someone take a look and give their opinion?

Ich makes them scratch so he could did it himself. Also hippos like to wedge themselves in places so he could scratched himself like that

going out on a limb here ,loose elec in tank?? see yellow and other blue seems like hille,is tank grounded?poss bump into porcupine also

Either injury or ich the wound open. An epsom salt bath will help followed by melafix for the wound.
If ich is noticeable, quarantine is needed using malachite blue or cupramine
