Just noticed a fairly large white bump / abscess looking growth on the underside of my Kole Tang. He is swimming / eating / acting normal, and does tend to zip around the tank so a scrape seems plausible...

Does anyone recognize this to be some sort of illness?

Not a sign of a specific illness, it is forward of the vent, so that’s good. If you can post other pics taken under white light I might be able to see more detail, but this looks like a scrape.

Thanks Jay - really appreciate the input. I will try to get a better picture, he just moves so fast!
