Ok, thanks! The fish is really struggling now, he’s close to the surface above the air stone, and keeps splashing with his tail, trying to get lower in the water column. I’ll be happily surprised if he makes it through the night.
Sorry, that doesn’t sound good at all. Antibiotics don’t work very quickly, and there is also a chance the fish has multiple issues.

Well he made it through the night, but he’s still swimming upside down in the flow from the airstone. Overnight, he was resting on the bottom like normal. I re-upped the neoplex. Any other meds I should throw into the cocktail? Your assistance is much appreciated!

Sorry - no, I can't think of anything else to try. It doesn't sound good though.
