Could anyone please help me identify what this slime is covering the right side of one of my rocks? I started my tank in October with BRS Pukani and Reef Saver rock but used a couple pieces of live rock from the LFS to seed and this is one of them. This one rock in the sandbed of my tank has a white film on it that can be scraped off but I'd like to know what it is in case I need to take other measures to eradicate it from my tank. It kind of looks like a zoa fungus to me but I only have a little frag of GSP on the rock. Should I just remove the rock for good? I'm not too attached to it. :) Thanks in advance!
