White snowflake things in refuge. ID please

Went into our refuge today and saw these on our glass. I have no clue what they are. They look like white snowflakes. They are on the glass. Here’s the best pics I could get. Can someone ID these for us and let me know if they are friend or foe? Thanks!

Yeah looks like some kind of sponge but some look little like nudibranch.probably not though but if they mive then possibly but more than likely a sponge

They aren’t moving. I’ve seen a nudi before and yup these aren’t one. So sponge it is I guess :)
