So my two damsels went through qt 2x prazi and 20days cp

In qt already noticed the bigger one has white spot bigger then ich on fin. Disappeared in 10 days and at that fin rot, that healed and everything was ok.

So transferred to dt now on both fish i see occasional white specks they disappear in one day. Can not figure out what is that? does not look like ich maybe lymhocysts? here is a pick of what i am seeing.

Both fish are eating well, almost no sign of illness.

could be nice to know what is that?
all parameters are stable.

So damsels went in to holding tank, since they did not accept new clown.

soon its time for them to return to display tank. Treating them with cp to be on safe side.

The biggest talbot is showing the same white spot on pectoral fin and because of that he gets fin rot and small appetite suppression. It is like never ending storry, white spot > fin rot > heals > repeat. The other talbot is fine. Dont want to put them in dt just yet.

What could it be? And how to treat it? I am debating between furan 2 or general cure?

It for I’d be lymph but it’s hard to tell. Appearing and disappearing in 24 hours would not indicate ich, perhaps velvet but that doesn’t look like velvet.

Also, I’ve moved your thread to the fish disease forum for more eyes.

Do flukes Target fins by any chance? Seems like it could be the right size, but I also am unsure how long or how quickly they can come and go.

Flukes do target fins, but they are clear and difficult to see. They wouldn't appear as white spots like that. It could be something as simple as a lingering bacterial infection which is why it seems to repeat itself like that. I would recommend an acriflavin dip followed by ten days of a wide spectrum antibiotic like furan2 or kanaplex.
