White spongy mold with antennas? what could it be

Hi Reefers,
I recently noticed that my sump is covered with white little spongy things that looks like they have antennas ?
Do you guys know what it could be ? attaching images below

whats this 2.jpg
are your phosphates up? are they beige side of white? Lookup pineapple sponges

IF they are pineapple sponges, some will say fine, but one guy in VA had them so bad they clogged equipment (dig deep on google). I sucked out as many of mine as I could with a thin airline tube during water change. Remaining count has diminished on its own.

I'll second checking on your phosphates. I've only had significant quantities of these with (really) high phosphate.

my p04 is undetectable, i guess i will get rid of them on next water change
