Hey guys! Just notice that’s my yellow tang has a white spot on the tail fin, I have highlighted it in the picture attached.
is that just a continuation of HLLE?

Looks like fin ray damage possibly from another tang or fish. Should heal on its own. As for HLLE, Assure your nitrates and ammonia are Not elevated and you are doing periodic water maintenance. Often this is caused by water quality issue and also diets lacking fats-omegas and vitamins.
It is not life threating in any way but offers secondary infection in some cases.
Maintaining GOOD water quality and diet are often the fixes and with severe cases, some healing.
Some foods to feed tang are :
LRS herbivore diet
Formula 2 flake and frozen
TDO Pellets
small plankton
Hikari Marine cuisine
Ocean nutrition veggie diet
spirulina brine shrimp
mysis shrimp
Prime reef
Nori seaweed basted with garlic extract

Add selcon vitamins to foods occasionally

Yes, I've never seen HLLE on a fin. Looks like some sort of damage.

The red is HLLD.
To add what vetteguy53081 said, activated carbon use has also be linked to HLLD.
