I had fish displaying typical signs of flukes. My tank is a 220 and I had trouble getting any fish out for a FW dip. They were all purchased from quarantined vendors so they went through copper, prazi, metro, ect. After in my tank they had no visible signs of an issue except scratching (I assumed here flukes). I dosed prazipro and white spots broke out on my fish. Is this a reaction to the prazi or am I dealing with ich or velvet?

Prazi doesn’t have that side effect. The spots look too large to be ich. If they are still in the same location after 36 hours, that would rule out ich.
It could be Lymphocytis, but the gramma would show that, and the spots would tend to be on the fin edges. Not sure what else it could be.
