White spots blue tang one sided

I woke up and saw that our blue tang has white spots that are only on one side. Nothing new has been added to the tank in the last several months. It’s only on one side, any ideas? I suspect he might be getting into some scuffles with the yellow tang. the size of tank is 150g

I believe you’re looking at sand on its body
Try to net fish and see if it falls off in the process
