90 Gallon System
Running for 5 months
All fish purchased from Dr. Reef

I have tried very hard to keep disease out of my aquarium and hopefully this is not ich.
I am not very experienced but to me this looks like Lymphocystis. (or it is me hoping)
@jay if you could take a look, I would appreciate it.

I know you will ask for pictures in white light, but this is all I have currently.
picture attached
video attached (hopefully it works)

Copperband butterfly, got it from Dr Reef on Friday 9/9.
It just started eating yesterday and seems to be doing good.
All other fish are doing great.

I did notice 2 small dark spots on the tail fin, but they have disappeared and now I see the white spots.

It looks like Lymphocystis to me. This species is prone to that. However, it bears watching - if the spots are in the same location (even if they grow larger) after 3 days or so, it isn’t ich.
