White spots on one of my SPS

Any thoughts on what these are? I do have some aptaisia near by. I think that may be some algae growing off the small infected branch but I'm not sure. I have not noticed spots on any of my other SPS. I'll try to get a macro shot tomorrow....shot take with lights off using a flashlight.

They appear to be spirorbid worms on a dead acro branch. It is interesting how only one branch has died off when the other ones around it (also shaded) are still ok. I would check for pests/damage from you or other tank inhabitants as the cause for the die-off. It could be digitate hydroids that are making the coral recede in that area as well?

Interesting....I believe you are right on the spirobid worms...here is a closer pic. Any idea how I should treat the area? Super glue maybe???? I've inspected the other SPS and don't see anything like this elsewhere. I'll keep an eye out.
