White worm thing ?

What is this. It’s like white with spots, looks gooey and there’s a few in the bottom of my filter

Yuck. I got no clue but I’d get rid of it. It looks kind of like either a worm ish thing or somethings egg.

Yup, pineapple sponge. Exposing them to air kills them. They’re good filter feeders.
