Can someone help me identify what these are? I appear to have two groups of them. One are little white circular organisms on the front glass, which are much more dense and prevalent, and then I have little white worms on the sides and back wall of the tank. My fish are swimming and appear completely fine.

I attached pictures- can someone tell me what these are and how to get rid of them?

A little hard to tell due to the resolution but it looks like what recently appeared in my sump and people here told me they were pineapple sponges and harmless filter feeders.
