I've thought about it, but I really don't want the little crabs and brittle stars and other friends to evac. The process of elimination will be slow, but worth it, I think.
I did this to some of my rock, and the bristle stars want to evacuate as soon as you pull from the tank water, so you can pick them off before a dip. :) I love my bristle stars.

You can come get him if you want. If I can actually find him -- by trap or process of elimination as I move rocks -- I'm going to let him live in my 5g. If I can't find him and he starves, it won't be for my lack of trying.
