Thanks y'all! I'm excited. Gonna keep the little guy in a acclimation box for a few days at least. Maybe up to a week.

Is your acclimation box big enough for a tang? Do I need to call the tang police? :p

Congrats on the great addition!

Gorgeous looking tang! I'd try and score that sunburst anthias in the bottom right corner as well!

Edit: Thought I might like one in my tank as well, a little research reveals WOAH that price though!

They can get pretty nasty over time, I've pulled several. Be cautious with other future additions, especially tangs.

With that said, they are stunners! :D

A LFS had one for quite awhile. It was a nice fish. They kept it in their big frag tank. It is closely related to the Sailfin tang and seems to be pretty robust. The fish I saw was nicer looking than the photos. I hope you enjoy your fish.

I had one many years ago when they were a lot cheaper. Behaves just like the other zebrasomas. Does fade a bit as it ages.

Congrats on the great addition!

I have three different sizes and one of them could hold two!

It will be the last tang added.
