I see :D John is safe for the time being as I don't have any fish yet.

Here's what I don't get.

So my tank is still cycling as I put old dead rock and they are leaching ammonia. But how comes I have these critters surviving in the tank ? I saw copepods like ones too. Ammonia wouldn't kill them?

These tend to be pretty hardy, so they usually make it through the cycle.
Oh, if you find another Spaghetti worm, name it Mario ;).

Honestly I ask that question all the time. The very concept of asterinas and aptasia basically spits in the face of cycling and maturing lol
(I understand that they are really hardy, but I’m just sayin’).
