Thanks, so is it safe or should I remove it?That's john, hes a spaghetti worm
Harmless, let john forage for his food. If you have any butterfly fish, wrasses or angelfish, john is going to turn into fish food eventually. That's john, hes a spaghetti worm
These tend to be pretty hardy, so they usually make it through the cycle.I see John is safe for the time being as I don't have any fish yet.
Here's what I don't get.
So my tank is still cycling as I put old dead rock and they are leaching ammonia. But how comes I have these critters surviving in the tank ? I saw copepods like ones too. Ammonia wouldn't kill them?
Honestly I ask that question all the time. The very concept of asterinas and aptasia basically spits in the face of cycling and maturing lolI see John is safe for the time being as I don't have any fish yet.
