Same here. Ive emailed him multiple times after placing an order for fish that appeared to be in stock and have heard nothing back. Looks like there is no contact number to call in either.

Unfortunately they don't QT their snails. They just keep them in a fishless system but don't keep each batch isolated for 76 days.

They don't either. I've bought all my CUC from John for years. He's great and almost always gives you more than you order. Especially the small snails.

Before you go down the “I need QT’d CUC” path I would do an AquaBiomics TankDNA test first. The stuff you’re worried about *may* already be in your system even if your fish aren’t symptomatic. I believe many of the parasites we worry about exist in many more thanks than we realize, they just haven’t caused issues yet. If your tank already has ick and/or uronema or whatever there’s less of a reason to worry about QT’d CUC. If your tank is verified “clean” then that’s a different story :)
