I always wanted a large FOWLR + Macro... while employing FW aquascape techniques. Then fill it with butterflies and angels.

set it up formy mother in law. But really I set it up for me so I can have the fish that I can’t have at my house in my reef lol there’s a lion in there and a harlequin tusk now too

I would say mine was a Fowlr and now slowly transitioning to a reef.

That hermit crab is a monster. I bought one of those on a whim. Put it in my reef tank, saw how fast it moved and brought it right back to the store.

Same here. I get tired of putting effort into really detailed rock scapes only to have it totally marginalized or completely distorted / disappear after a couple years of coral growth.

Lol again I'm gonna quote a member of my local reef club, pnwmas, "Probably a Dadanus Megistos, the breaker of reef worlds, stripping all life from the very rocks beneath its feet." definately not reef safe
