Why is one of my zoa polyps turning into a bubble?

This is a new zoa colony i got and this one polyp has been bubbling up. Basically hasmt openned just turned into a bubble. Anyone seen this before?

Its on the top next to the open polyp you can see the bubbly thing and yes after i dipped it

All I can make out is a shape.
I wonder if it's part of the clam.

Ill try to take a better pic my phone was having trouble focusing but its definitely a polyp

Looks like it's on a clam. I have zoas on a little clam too and occasionally I'll see a tongue

I dont think the clam is alive anymore unfortunately :/ i got it this way and it was super glued onto a frag plug originally

Heres a better pic. Ish. I might just take all the zoas off the clam shell and re frag them and remove the weird polyp

probably melting. none of those zoas look very happy. are you dosing properly? enough flow? I would try a different part of the tank if your parameters are ok

Theyre pretty new they came in on tuesday i believe. Other zoas they came, some have openned really well others are still only half openned. Ill try to move these to a better flow area of the tank and see if it helps.

For this pic i turned the light on after it had alrdy been off for about 2 hrs so that might be part of why they seem unhappy
