Oh man, its a nice cover. Keeps my wrasse from going in there.LOL
I just emailed him. I'm missing my overflow cover as well. I'm sure he'll handle it. I've got time
The setup is so confusing to me. It's a nightmare trying to figure out how to hard plumb this guy. It made me lazy.I just got the tank and we're building the stand.
Whats with the little pipe reduced from 1" to 3/4" ?
Thanks for that info and pic. I got that much down. It's that weird little pipe with the 3/4" reducer that's got me stumped.I didn't use all the bits and bobs, just kept it simple. Left to right:
Short drain pipe
Long pipe with T for return

Yea not sure what it's for, but I can say you don't need it
Okay so If I'm hard plumbing and I am then it goes in the crap bucket? Its for the return pipe
to make sure its long enough to attach the return hoses too.
Going to see if my 2 yr old will let me take a picture of my pipes to show you. He's being a meany pants
You can toss that green hose away.Okay so If I'm hard plumbing and I am then it goes in the crap bucket?
I circled the wrong one, but 2nd pic should be the one with the part in question, it's an adapter, connected to that weird plumbing piece.
I’ll try. I always say, ‘I’m gonna take my time on this one and do it right.’ Then the excitement sets in and you wanna get done to get to the next stage and that’s where the oversights and problems startNP! I was driving my husband insane. First time I got to play with a real overflow. Since you got all that stuff, I am sure you could make a better T for your return pipe.
