That sucks! Glad they’re taking care of it. I have the same tank and built my stand. Here are a few pics

Sweet! Glad you found the 3rd bulk. No idea what to use for sealing, I know a few people use saltwater paint and silicone. >.>

Yeesh seeing all this makes me glad I’m sticking to fresh water. I’m not good at building things. I need to talk my cousin in to helping me put together my stand for my 20 gallon.

I know a lot of people say freshwater is easier than salt. But in my own experience, fresh was harder to keep clean and maintained. Saltwater is just more expensive, well depending on equipment being used.

Had to stop for awhile. It’s rain season here and it was coming into the garage.
My crew quit

Yeah, I went with flat latex and then I’ll polyurethane it.
We started that part yesterday but made the mistake of using a roller to apply.
It looked all bubbly and we ended up sanding it again then applying more paint and then we’ll try the poly again
See what happens when ya try to rush?
I should be telling myself that

Good Lord, I miss power tools.
Dear husband won't let me touch nothing other than a drill.
I have a few, Just need to learn how to use them properly. My saw seems to be broken... It keeps cutting straight lines not so straight and my jigsaws been drinking!

Been looking at new lights. My Razor’s are dated to say the least and for some reason I’m not seeing much, (dare I say it?)
PAR

OMG
So much to take in!
Watched a million videos, read all the pro reviews.
Read the customer reviews
And I’ve narrowed it down to these few:

Radeon
Aqua Illuminations
Kessil
Reef Breeders
ATI
GHL
Neptune Systems
Orphek
Philips
Reef Brite

and of course
Aquatic Life T5’s

I’m doing great!!!

Was gonna throw in the Metal Halides, I hear they’re making a comeback, Like Vinyl. But I won’t be able to pay the electric bill after I pay for these freakin’ lights! $800.00 for a light with no wifi, controller, phone app and you gotta buy a headphone wire to connect it to the other lights if you buy more than one!
Wow !!!
