Will 1 XR15 provide enough par to grow acros?

Currently I have a 25 gallon with 2 Nicrew 50w’s I dont think they are throwing out enough par to grow acros in the future. Will 1 XR15 be able to grow acros on a 12 inch deep tank or should I look at other options?
