Will a TMC Reeftide 4000s be too powerful for a Fluval evo 13.5?

I have a TMC reeftide 4000s from my old 30 gallon that i can use but it does 4000 LPH which is like 1050GPH will this be too powerful for a evo 13.5?
the lowest setting it can do is 25% power not sure if i should just buy a cheap power head with a little less power let me know your opinions guys
