Update today on the 30L as the 75 keeps chugging along.
it’s been up and running since January 2020, 4 month cycle and three fish. Of course Covid hit about the time I wanted to add more fish sooo only have two clowns, paired Ora percula, Cheeto and Cheddar and one Ora starry Goby, Covid or 19 as I like to call him. Added some WWC chalices and a few Zoas from the 75 and I’ve got a good start with my LPS tank. Got a nice hammer from Gonzos and looking for a few specific pieces to fill in some holes and then let er roll

Just added a few more beauties and I think I’m done for a bit, famous last words right? Yes Gonzo had a sale and I couldn’t resist. He’s fairly local, in state shipping, which makes it nicer. Enjoy, things are just chugging along with the 30. Easier maintenance and parameters are solid.
on the 75 did a routine 6 month sump clean which was filthy with detritus. May have to bump that up a bit. It resulted in a 20% water change but everything is looking amazing, even the sump.

Just finished reading. Great build and thank goodness for generators! Looking great. Cannot wait to see the 30L filled too. I made a separate tank for lps at one point too. Just could not compete with my gorgs and leathers. :)

Just a quick update ha ha. 30L is truly about full, I mean I could add more but where would they all grow? Just finished cataloging all the corals and was shocked that there are 40+ corals in there. Guess I didn’t realize. Anyway, everything is doing good except a couple of Acan echinata which have a little recession going on so moved them into some lower light. An occasional aptasia keeps popping up to which I introduce them to a spot of glue and epoxy. If they get outta hand I’ll get a few berghia. My little Micromussa garden and Zoa gardens are coming in nice and I’ve actually get a birds nest to grow from a twig I broke off a dying one in my 75 which I’ve decided to just stay with LPS and the few sps that are in there. Here’s a more recent picture and I’ll update the 75 soon

Your corals are looking good. I am not very patient when it comes to my tank. Only been set up for 5 months.
Patience is the key. Just worked through a bryopsis outbreak and hair algae and cyano from November through March. Lost some Acans and Micromussa but persevered and finally whipped it all. Now ready for some growth
