ok, i need help. How can I be as fast as everyone here?

I scroll to the bottom of the page (next to the comment box), use left hand to cmd/ctrl + R in chrome to refresh. if i see anything new pop up i hit space bar w/ my right hand to scroll, click add to cart fast and go. its like a video game once you get to their site... can you find the button and click fast enough
