Does the lighting/flow chart that’s included make sense to anyone? It shows zoas as the second highest amount of light right after acros and soft pulse flows but on the site it shows med light and strong flow. Same thing with the goniopora, chart shows it’s the second to last in lighting right before mushrooms but on the site it shows medium. There’s more but those are the specifics. Really wish it showed more par rather than low/med/high
Those guidelines are very general. It's difficult to say one genus has a very specific lighting requirement because species within the genus and even color morphs within the species can vary as far as their requirements. For instance, there are deepwater Zoanthids and deepwater Acroporas, and these two genera are generally considered to be higher lighting. Some mushrooms can even be kept at higher lighting like Ricordea florida. If you want more specific lighting recommendations for the corals you receive it's best to always contact us and we can help with placement.
