I had something similar and found the same “scary worm” online. I only got one response and it was that it is an “epitoke of some sort of polychaete” and that it isn’t a bad guy. FYI I still flushed mine just to be safe.i did too
it was on the glass. all my corals look good seamed like a good specimen i pulled out. juet keeping an eye on the tank and the funny thing is i dipped all my corals and my rocks befor puting into the tank.Ditto what he said^
What also might help is how did you find him? Was he buried in the sand, under or in rock, free swimming, crawling on sand or glass?
