Worm or anemone?

There’s two of these guys that came up out of nowhere, the one in the picture has grown rapidly I. The last two weeks. From a tiny, barely noticeable speck in my rocks to what you see circled in red in the pic. You can’t see them clearly enough in the pic but the tentacles on this thing have horizontal white stripes on them too.

I’ll go with aphasia too. So I guess anemone is the answer. There’s plenty of threads here on ways to get rid of it.

Thanks everyone, that was my initial thought but just wanted to make sure. I’ve been lucky enough to somehow dodge the aiptasia issue…until now that is lol

Hello Brett. Make this gadget and suck that nem out of your tank. Stainless steel straw 1/4" stuffed into a 1/2" hose with rubber band to seal it. Try this method before you use chemicals, I got this Idea from a fellow reefer here on this forum. good luck.
