Looks like a peanut worm if I’m looking at the right spot. The worm is the dark line between the sand and rock? Peanut worms come out of their tube and grab food. Detritus and whatnot.

I believe them to be small feather dusters- if so, they’re helpful to the reef. They help filter out excess nutrients and compete with algae

Those antenna like structures make me think of a vermetid snail. If so, you want to remove it or glue over it.

It honestly looks like a fan worm that's not fully opened, which I've seen in spots that are a little more flow heavy, but it could also be a vermetid snail - in my experience, vermetids tend to have darker colored tubes, while fan worms tend to have white/fairly light colored tubes if that helps

Edit: I just saw the two on top that are circled, and those do look more like spionid worms

I’ve seen a calcified tube growing off of the base of one of my blastos. I ignored it, assuming it was some kind of feather duster- Now I’m wondering if I have vermetid snails :/
