what I have currently

1 Ocelaris clown
1 neon dottyback
1 watchman goby
pair of bangaii cardinals

The main issue with Triggers and reefs is that Triggers see most inverts (urchins, crabs, snails shrimp) as food.

Triggers are natural urchin predators. they are specialized in feeding on them. So, if you add a Trigger, count out any plans for urchins.. They will also feed on shrimp readily, snails and crabs are lower on the list, but a hungry trigger will eat what it can get.

Generally, no. Adding another fish that's appropriate for a 32 gallon should be fine, fishy personalities aside. :)
