Some wrasses get big. I suggest checking out the flashers as they stay somewhat small.
Even then I wouldn’t. I have a flasher and many fairies, my flasher swims a lot more than my fairies that are larger than him. This is in a 4’ tank and I have 6 wrasses in there, 2 Halichoeres, 3 fairies and 1 Flasher. The flasher and Halichoeres swim the most.

I will add, my guy is 1.5 inches and still has to grow, he uses all of the area at the top of the tank to swim around.

I'm going to be that guy, give your current fish room to grow. I wouldn't do more than four or five fish in tank that size.
+1 to this, I would only do more than 4/5 if I knew they were small fish. You have a few large fish that also can be aggressive.

Also, I have mentioned the issues with flasher wrasses and why they need large tanks, however I assume you missed it.
