I filled my tank yesterday waterbox marine x60.2. And there was a pipe leak. I have 2 questions/concerns for you guys.

The first question would the RO warer in there goes back for next week till i get a replacement pipe replaced?

Second question i a big fresh towel that came out of the washer that smells like detergent. But its been dry for couple of days by mistske i dropped it in the sump water. Would that destroy the ROs water by the smell?

So you filled with RO water for leak check?
No the water wont go bad. Maybe a little stagnant...i would just put a small pump inside to keep it circulated.

I wouldnt worry about the towel either unless it was still soaked wet full of detergent.
After you cycle the tank with lots of liverock and sand you will be fine.
