Looking at getting a Potters Angel for my reef tank. Just wondering if y'all would chance it.

Ive thought about it quite a few times. What tankmates would be considered and what coral?

Yes, and no..... My current tank that is 95% sps and a few misc. corals that arent anything special.... sure if I didnt have a highly aggressive flame and a large passer already.

No, in my next tank that will be mostly nicer lps and zoas simply because there is a good amount of risk in placing one in with those types of corals.

I have a potters in my sps reef. She does occasionally nip at an sps coral but it nips more at the rock. I've had it for almost 3 months and is doing really well. SPS are doing well too.

Here's my take on dwarf angels in reefs. Pick the one(s) you really REALLY want, add them, and buy a trap at the same time. If it becomes a problem, either remove corals you are willing to live without, or trap and remove the fish. That simple :)
