Reefing aint' cheap! I'm going to consider a water mixing station at the new house for both beer and saltwater. I'll finally be able to funnel my "waste" water into rainbarrels or the washer!

@YHSublime i got trapped down a rabbit hole last night you might like haha

I like that it says bottles, but it's all photos of cans. How does that really shake out? Is that price per bottle/can?

Interested to see how this goes for you. I plan on buying from them too. So keep us posted.
Definitely :) So far Daniel has been great and the delivery was super quick which I was really pleased about!!

haha preaching to the choir! Sounds like you've got a good plan for your water use haha I can't wait to see you setup in the new house mate! It's fantastic news!

haha I thought that was rather amusing as well. I think they're just lazy and everything is just labelled bottle even though most of it is cans haha and yep, that's price per can lol I went a little over the top but craft beer here is still on the expensive side. I also bought a lot of weird and wonderful stuff that comes with a premium on top of the craft beer premium haha

OH. MY. GOD.

IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL  :D  I have to say that putting it together was a breeze! And with the help of the ever wonderful Dave I now have a tank again!!!!! It was a bit heavy with only three people to lift it but it was literally out the van and 5m through the one door and on top of the stand! No doors, walls or glass were harmed in the making of this tank! (the floor did get a bit wet a couple times but that was my fault haha and is it really a tank build if you don't spill water?)

The tank has been positioned and shimmied around a thousand times but I am really happy with where it is in the room!!

The sump is in and it's all plumbed! I'll be stealing some equipment this weekend to get this rolling along again! It was a little bit of fanangaling to get the RO into the tank haha but we got there!

And we have water a filling!

Few hours later and we've got something I'll call a start!! Please excuse the feet in the pic haha it has been a long day

All in all it was a smooth day and everything was very pleasant to get things done! The reason there are no doors on the tank is my choices were wait for a tank that had doors in a couple weeks or get a doorless tank now and get doors later haha I think we can all agree on which decision was best haha

I'm really pleased with the size of the tank and over the moon that @Waterbox Aquariums make a 4.5ft tank!! 4ft wouldn't have been worth it and 5ft was going to be a touch big but I would have done it but the 170.4/5 is just perfect!! I can't wait for the process of getting to a running tank!!

Having a booster pump on the RO unit makes a huge difference! I was getting 50psi beforehand but around 125psi now!
