Hi @Wrangy ! Been too long.
Hello! haha yeah I've been pretty internet absent the last while haha

Cultural traditions need to be respected!;):p
Very important cultural traditions too!!

No corals till after the New Year? You broken that rule yet?!
I think you'd be pleasantly surprised :p haha I've only got one shroom in the tank as my little indicator coral but I haven't purchased anything new yet haha

Slow and steady wins the race. We have to learn how to keep water and rocks first, right? :) each tank is unique!
I couldn't agree with you more mate! It was such a rush with getting the tank running that I want to slow things down as much as possible!

@RichtheReefer21 you might have some better luck getting updates on this thread ;) haha

Merry Christmas, Happy holidays and beyond everyone! :) I hope everyone is having a wonderful festive season and some time off to enjoy it!

We're currently off on holidays enjoying the beach and sunshine up in Noosa in Queensland! :D Here's some pics of the tank from the other day though! I'm certainly looking forward to getting back into town and having some real fun stocking my beauty up! :D

Any ideas for a stocking list?
Corals will be sps, shrooms and zoa's mainly with a few other things depending on my feelings haha and the fishlist plans are on the first page :) but here they are again:
  • centropyge colini (colini angelfish)
  • centropyge potteri (potters angelfish)
  • centropyge aurantia (golden angelfish)
  • centropyge multicolour (multiolour angelfish)
  • centropyge acanthops (flameback angelfish)
  • centropyge loricula (flame angelfish)
  • centropyge venustus (venustus angelfish)
  • chaetodon burgessi ("Burgers" the Burgessi butterflyfish)
  • chaetodon declivis (Declivis butterflyfish)
  • chaetodon mitratus (mitratus butterflyfish)
  • prognathodes marcellae (French butterflyfish)
  • forcipiger flavissimus (longnose butterflyfish)
  • At least one of the really not "reef safe" butterflies haha
  • cirrhilabrus rhomboidalis (Rhomboid Wrasse)
  • cirrhilabrus shutmani (magma wrasse)
  • cirrhilabrus isosceles (pintail wrasse)
  • At least two other groovy fairies but that's open to who I take a liking too
