Greetings all.
I am
QT a melanarus wrasse along with a noako fairy wrasse. I think the noako picked on the melanarus resulting in the melanarus losing a bit of his dorsal fin. I can see about 3 bony spines on his dorsal fin that don’t have any tissue surrounding them.
I separated the two fish with a mesh divider. Melanarus is eating fine and is otherwise healthy. Both fish have been in therapeutic cooper (cooper safe, 1.9 ppm) for the past week.

what do you think the odds are for recovery ? Is there anything that I can do to help him heal quicker ?

thanks!
