First question: I'm planning a 65 gallon tank and was wondering of I could add a McCoskers flasher wrasse?
here is the current wish list:
Tomini tang
coral beauty
firefish
pair of ocellaris
neon goby, yellowed lined goby, or both
3 banggai cardinal fish

Second question: Same tank, would a 1250gph powerhead be enough for a 65? Not a nice expensive one, I'm just keeping softies, and it's a cheap aqueon one.

I would do more than 1 powerhead just to eliminate dead spots.

The wrasse is not likely a problem unless the angel or tang decide to be jerks.... sometimes those types of fish decide for you what you get to stock.

TWO bangaii cardinals only if male + female. Otherwise they may fight.

The little neon/yellow gobies will sometimes fight too unless a pair.

Creating a strong bulwark: Did you consider floor support for your reef tank?
