This is what it looks like with the rectangular magnets on the long side. Overall dimensions 223 x 145mm. The other with the round magnets was 258 x 110mm

In case anyone wants to see the final design. Holding 5 full sheets of nori folded in half. So 10 sheets thick.

What are you using for the magnets? I have a 3D printer and I'm wanting to make one of these for myself. I'm just nervous about putting a magnet in there without fully encapsulating it...or buying one already in some sort of plastic casing.

Naaa just one for a few sheet of nori. I like the lock system better and I need strong magnets for 1" acrylic please
